Briiller Engineering is in to manufacturing of electrically driven light weight submersible dewatering pumps for industrial use. The pump is designed in such a way that it can be lifted very easily with a help of two manpower in any industrial site without spending much time for waiting for logistic support during emergency situation. Material of construction of the pumps is aluminium. The typical applications of the pumps are Lifting of waste water, raw water, contaminated water and clear water in power plants, cement plants, steel plants, and various process industries, Construction site dewatering, Treated waste water in Effluent treatment plant/STP, Municipal waste water treatment plants, General water transfer .

Pump Media cools Stator Housing:

– Stator housing utilizes the pumped media to dissipated the heat build-up in the motor windings permitting continuous operation during the non-submergence condition

Air release valve:

– The pump is built-in with an air plug, positioned on the external surface which allows releasing the air bubbles if so formed during the pump operation

Inspection Chamber:

–  For easy trouble shooting of motor terminal electrical malfunctions and to quickly to install the pump in demanding application the inspection door is provided at the pump top cover so as to inspect the connections within short time

Oil Chamber:

– Mechanical seal is assembled in oil chamber for better lubrication of seal faces

Inspection Screw:

– In order to periodically maintain transformer oil viscosity and to replace the oil after a period regular pump running intervals an inspection screw is provided which in turns allow the users to replace the oil without opening the mechanical seal

Closed Impeller:

SS 316 closed impeller gives a better hydraulics and eliminates the wear between impeller and inlet

Cable entry:

The pump cable based is filled with epoxy to raise humidity resistance

Stand: for easy assembly and maintenance purpose Stainless Steel stand is provided below strainer

Strainer: to remove oversized particles above 10mm, stainless steel strainer is provided at the suction port and there by uniformly controlling solid passage through the pump up to 10mm

Compact Design: the design is compact, occupy less space and doesn’t require any installation

Continuous operation: pump can be operated in low liquid level  condition and snore run in exceptional cases

Minimum Down Time: easy replacement of wear components

Stand Alone: no foundation or based place plate required
